The state of mind of human beings changes from time to time and while sometimes, it is full of joy, and sometimes it is full of depression.  Sadness and the feeling of low self-esteem makes one feel depressed.  A depressed person finds it difficult to take proper decisions and wants to make them separate from rest of the world. The depressed person not knowing how to overcome depression kills himself mentally day by day.  Depression can be for many reasons; it can be for not getting a job or for losing someone very special and even from having critical diseases. Some people try to overcome depression and attain success too, but the others who never know what to do to save them from such situations, if it continues or relapse and hence they loose their normal mental condition and may sometimes loose their life too.

Some have a wrong idea that it is required to take drugs to overcome anxiety and depression but it is totally a wrong idea because drugs cannot make a person happy for overcoming anxiety and depression but it fact it makes people addicted to these drugs so much that it may result in some dangerous outcome. A person, who suffers from being hopeless and worthless but still can understand that life is one and is worth living, can make life better every way by overcoming depressions naturally. Sleeping too much, having a sad expression on face, not talking to family and friends, and being slow in every work and feeling tired every second are some of the symptoms of depression. There are many tips for overcoming depression and hence to make life back on track.

Sometimes it is seen that exercise, meditation, and deep breathing for an hour in a day helps to generate the mental strength for overcoming depression. Losing a job can lead to high level of depression and during the present financial turmoil that is going throughout the word it is better to maintain a daily regime for allotting time for ways to overcome depression from job losses. Depression is related to change in mood of a person that makes some chemical changes in the brain so treatment like hypnosis has proved itself successful. Therefore, people should recognize that life has difficulties and thus engage oneself in work to forget about the depression rather than getting addicted to substances that can cause mood swings.

Life is only one and one is too lucky to be born as human being. People should not play foul games with it, as it will not come back. Things happen in life that makes people depressed but the individual who is capable of overcoming all the challenges that the life offers and hence make happiness a habit by overcoming depression that person is a real winner. So, one should enjoy life to fullest rather than making a sad end to life when his family members need him the most.
