The food products that are rich in folic acid are fresh fruits and vegetables. The citrus fruits and tomatoes are good sources of folic acid that is important for good hair health. Most people fail to include enough proteins in their regular diets, which may affect the hair heath adversely.

It may not be possible to include all vitamins for hair loss and minerals in the diets. So, one may include some multivitamin in the regular life to avoid any health or hair problem.
